Coverage FAQs
Do you cover North or East London?
Currently Dr. Alter’s primary coverage is Central, West and South-West London, plus the City and Canary Wharf. Some parts of East London are covered. Contact us with your specific postcode and we will confirm. Coverage is expanding regularly.
Do you serve hotels in Central London?
Yes — hotel visits are available across all covered postcodes. Specify the hotel name, room number and check-out date when booking so we can plan the return delivery within your stay.
Will you travel to my area if it is slightly outside the coverage zone?
Contact us with your postcode. For appointments outside the standard coverage area, an extended travel fee may apply — but we try to accommodate as many London locations as possible.
How soon are new areas added to coverage?
We review and expand the coverage area regularly. If you are outside the current area and would like to register your interest, email hello@thedralter.uk with your postcode and we will contact you when your area is added.
